We built pattaya.love because we love this city. Not the postcard version — the real one. The 3 AM street food, the quiet mornings on Wongamat Beach, the chaos of Songkran, and everything in between.

Who We Are

pattaya.love is created by a mix of Thai locals and foreigners who live in or frequently visit Pattaya. Our contributors include long-term expats who have called the city home for years, Thai residents who know the places tourists never find, and regular visitors who keep coming back because nowhere else quite compares.

We are not a travel agency. We are not sponsored by hotels or nightlife venues. We write about what we actually experience — the good, the honest, and the occasionally chaotic.

What We Do

Every guide, review, and recommendation on this site comes from firsthand experience. We eat at the restaurants, stay at the hotels, visit the bars, and ride the baht buses. When we write that a hotel has great sea views or that a street food stall serves the best pad kra pao in Soi Buakhao, it is because we have been there ourselves.

Our goal is simple: give visitors and expats the information they actually need, without the fluff and generic advice that plagues most travel sites. Pattaya is a unique city and it deserves a guide that reflects that.
