Every pass sold out within an hour of the March sale. This page is therefore for two people: the one holding a ticket who wants to know what it actually gets them, and the one still hunting who needs to know what to chase and what to refuse.

Start Here: You Must Be 20
The minimum age for Tomorrowland Thailand is 20 years old, not 18.
This catches people out because the Belgian edition admits 18-year-olds, and most European festivals do too. Thailand’s legal drinking age is 20, and the festival follows it.
The cutoff is by birthday, not birth year. Someone born in 2006 gets in only if they have turned 20 before the festival. Turn 20 after 13 December and you are refused at the gate, ticket or no ticket.
The organisers call it a strict policy and spell out that being accompanied by an adult makes no difference. Anyone born in 2006 or later who has not turned 20 is refused, full stop.
If you are travelling in a mixed-age group, check every passport now. A refused entry after flights and hotels are paid is the most expensive mistake on this page.
The Four Passes
Face values from the March sale. These are not what a pass costs today — treat them as the benchmark for judging whether an offer you find is fair or predatory.

What Comfort actually buys
The Comfort tier is reported to include a fast-lane entrance, an elevated viewing area at the main stage, a dedicated bar, dedicated toilets, food service and bottle service.
Whether that is worth 7,700 THB over the standard three-day pass depends on one thing: how much time you expect to spend queuing rather than dancing. At a 50,000-per-day site in tropical heat, the toilets and the bar queue are not a trivial consideration, and the elevated viewing area is the difference between seeing a main-stage headliner and seeing the back of a crowd.
It is not worth it if you plan to spend the weekend at the smaller stages. The Comfort areas are concentrated around the main stage, and you will be paying for infrastructure you walk past.
Day pass versus Full Madness
Three Day Passes cost 15,300 THB against 12,500 for the Full Madness. There is no scenario in which buying separate day passes for all three days makes sense.
The Day Pass exists for people who are in Thailand anyway and want one night, or who could not commit to three. If you flew in for this, you want the three-day pass.
Hours, and the Check-In Cutoff Nobody Mentions

Miss check-in and you do not get in. Access is denied after 22:00 on Friday and Saturday and after 21:00 on Sunday, regardless of what you paid.
Read that against the traffic. If you plan to leave your hotel at 21:00 on Friday, you have given yourself one hour to cover 20 kilometres on roads carrying a festival crowd and a Thai long weekend. That is not enough margin. Aim to be through the gate by early evening.
There is no re-entry on the same day
This is the rule that changes how you pack.
- Day Pass and Day Comfort: no re-entry at all. Leave the site and you need a new pass to get back.
- Full Madness and Full Madness Comfort: re-entry only on a following day, never the same day.
So there is no nipping back to the hotel for a jacket, a charger, or a nap. Whatever you need between 13:00 and 01:00 comes in with you at the gate — and it has to pass the prohibited items list.
Packages
Global Journey bundles travel with entry. It costs more than a standalone pass and historically stays available longer, which makes it the most realistic route for anyone still looking in September.

Your Ticket Is Personalised
Tomorrowland passes carry a name. You will receive an email with a link to personalise your Festival Passes; as of early September that window had not opened yet.
Two rules matter:
- The Main Buyer must attend in person. The person who placed the order has to be there.
- At least one ticket in the order must be personalised in the Main Buyer’s name.
This is why casual resale does not work. A pass bought from a stranger carries their name, not yours, and the organisation cancels tickets that move outside its own channels.
The Festival Is Cashless
Your bracelet is both your ticket and your wallet. You link it to your Tomorrowland account and load it with Pearls, the festival’s digital currency. Food, drinks and merchandise inside the site are all paid for by tapping the bracelet.
Practical consequences:
- Top up before you arrive. Doing it on site means a queue you did not need to stand in.
- Load in stages rather than all at once. Check the refund terms for unspent Pearls before you decide how much to put on.
- You still need Thai cash outside the venue. Baht buses, small restaurants, motorbike taxis and market stalls in Pattaya do not take a festival bracelet. Still Looking for a Ticket
Two legitimate routes remain, and both live inside your Tomorrowland account.
The official waiting list. Register and wait. When a buyer surrenders a pass, it is reoffered to the list at original face value. No guarantee, no cost, and it is real.
The official Ticket Exchange. Tomorrowland’s own resale desk. Passes sold through it transfer properly, with the name changed correctly, and stay valid at the gate.

What to refuse
Anything else. Third-party resale sites, social media sellers, marketplace listings, someone in a Facebook group with a screenshot. Passes are personalised and the organisation cancels those that change hands outside its own exchange. You discover this at the gate, after the flight, the hotel and the time off work.
